目前,职业经理人在我国还是一个新事物,中国还没有完全形成职业经理人这个阶层,职业经理人市场还在萌芽状态,职业经理人市场评价还在探索,职业经理人规则还有待建立。然而,在各方面的努力下,我们相信职业经理人的市场必将完善,职业经理人的供需必将平衡。本文通过对民营企业引进职业经理人过程中存在的问题,提出了问题的解决对策,为民营企业引进职业经理人提出一个基本思路。
At present, professional managers are still a new thing in China. China has not completely formed this class of professional managers. The market for professional managers is still in its infancy. The market evaluation of professional managers is still being explored and the rules for professional managers have yet to be established. However, under the efforts of all parties, we believe that the market for professional managers will certainly improve and the supply and demand of professional managers will be balanced. This article puts forward the solution to the problems in the process of introducing professional managers in private enterprises, and puts forward a basic idea for the introduction of professional managers for private enterprises.
