本文在分析当前房地产项目需要进行估价的主要5种成因的基础上,运用模糊数学中有关“贴近度”理论,结合房地产行业特点,构造了一种对房地产项目进行估价的量化方法,从而为房地产项目进行估价提供了一条新的途径。
Based on the analysis of the five major causes of the current real estate project valuation, this paper uses the theory of “closeness ” in fuzzy mathematics and combines with the characteristics of the real estate industry to construct a quantitative method to evaluate the real estate project. Real estate projects for the valuation provides a new way.
