The newsletter by the State Development Planning Commission, Ministry of Science and Technology jointly prepared “” fifteen “national science and technology development plan” has been officially released. The plan proposes that the overall goal of China’s scientific and technological development should be: to establish a national innovation system that is adaptive to the socialist market economic system and the laws governing the development of science and technology; to speed up the enhancement of the international competitiveness of our industry, to promote the sustainable development of the national economy and to improve the quality of people’s life
