近年来,组织行为学逐渐关注组织生活中的负向行为。领导者的破坏性领导、虐辱性领导、家长式领导等负向行为,以及员工在工作中的负向行为,如工作欺负行为、工作报复行为等逐渐成为研究的热点。在以往的负向行为的研究中,研究者主要关注显而易见的行为表现,即热暴力行为,而忽视了员工之间微妙的心理感受,即冷暴力行为———职场排斥。
In recent years, organizational behavior has gradually focused on the negative behaviors in organizational life. Negative behaviors such as leader’s destructive leadership, abuse-tolerant leadership and paternalistic leadership, as well as employee’s negative behaviors at work, such as work bullying and retaliation at work, have become hot topics of research. In the past research on negative behavior, the researchers mainly focused on the obvious behavior, ie, hot violence, while ignoring the subtle psychological feelings among employees, that is, cold violence - workplace exclusion.
