对黄土高原地区坡面雨洪径流优化集存技术———池窖联蓄系统的研究背景、基本涵义、设计思路、系统组成、功能特点及设计要点等做了较为详细的介绍,并对实际应用效果进行了简要分析。试验证明:本系统具有充分拦蓄、有效分离、分区贮存雨洪径流和泥沙的显著优点,是黄土高原干旱半干旱地区特别是多沙粗沙区实现雨洪资源化、提高雨水利用率和利用效率、治理水土流失、改善生态环境和实现区域经济可持续发展的有效措施,为黄土高原乃至整个北方干旱半干旱地区实现充分、优质、高效开发利用雨洪资源提供了新思路和新方法。
The research background, basic connotation, design ideas, system components, functional features and design points of the pooling system of rainwater and runoff on hillsides in the Loess Plateau are introduced in detail. The effect of the application is briefly analyzed. The experiment proves that this system has the significant advantages of full interception, effective separation and storage of rainshock runoff and sediment by subarea, which is the resource utilization of rainwater and flood in arid and semi-arid areas, especially the coarse and coarse sand areas in the Loess Plateau, Efficiency, water and soil erosion control, improvement of ecological environment and sustainable development of regional economy, provide new ideas and new methods for full, high quality and efficient development and utilization of rainwater resources in arid and semiarid regions in the northern part of the Loess Plateau.
