河南农耕历史悠久、乡村文化丰富,为乡村旅游的发展奠定了重要基础。但由于缺乏科学的统筹规划、旅游产品开发单一、旅游管理人才缺乏、政府职能缺失、基础设施薄弱等问题,造成新农村建设与乡村旅游未形成良性的发展模式。本文在分析河南省新农村建设与乡村旅游的发展现状和河南省新农村建设与乡村旅游发展制约因素的基础上,有针对性地提出新农村建设与乡村旅游统筹发展的对策。 Henan has a long history of farming and rich rural culture, laying an important foundation for the development of rural tourism. However, due to the lack of scientific planning, the single development of tourism products, the lack of tourism management personnel, the lack of government functions, infrastructure and other issues, resulting in the new rural construction and rural tourism did not form a healthy development model. Based on the analysis of the current situation of new rural construction and rural tourism development in Henan Province and the constraints of new rural construction and rural tourism development in Henan Province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to the overall development of new rural construction and rural tourism.
