为确保长平煤矿回风立井的施工安全,通过理论分析确定井筒在风化基岩和基岩中的施工、支护方案,根据井筒穿过的含水层情况,决定采用工作面超前预注浆和壁后注浆的综合防治水技术。通过分析含水层的位置确定注浆段高,结合浆液的有效扩散半径估算注浆量,超前预注浆量为1 758 m~3,壁后注浆量为1 585 m~3。
In order to ensure the construction safety of the return air shaft in Changping Coal Mine, the construction and support schemes of wellbore in weathered bedrock and bedrock are determined through theoretical analysis. According to the aquifer through which the wellbore passes, it is decided to adopt advanced pre-grouting Comprehensive prevention and control of wall grouting water technology. The height of grouting section was determined by analyzing the position of aquifer, and the grouting amount was estimated based on the effective diffusion radius of slurry. The amount of advanced grouting was 1 758 m 3 and that of wall behind grouting was 1 585 m 3.
