九十年代初期,国有企业普遍地建立过离退休职工管理委员会。随着退休人员管理社会化的不断推进,传统的退管会在一些地方淡出了人们的生活,而社区、村镇化的退休人员管理机制又没有能够很好地建立起来,退休人员的管理与服务出现了空白状态。利用近年来处理退休人员非正常聚集事件所取得的工作经验改组传统的退管会,对于建立退休人员管理与服务的长效机制,有着比较光明的前景。
In the early 1990s, state-owned enterprises generally established retired staff management committees. With the socialization of retired personnel management, the traditional withdrawal system will fade out people’s lives in some places. However, the management mechanism of retired personnel in community-based and rural areas has not been well established and the retirement management and service A blank state appears. Taking advantage of the experience gained in dealing with the non-normal gathering of retirees in recent years, the reorganization of the traditional retirement management conference has a bright future for establishing a long-term mechanism for the management and service of retirees.
