金融危机严重影响着中国企业,人力资源是企业间竞争的核心资源,企业人力资源管理成本控制尤显重要。加强企业人力资源管理主要措施有:讲清形势、树立信心、稳定大局;为适时调整企业战略提供支持、储备人才;优化整合企业流程,降低人力资源管理成本;加强员工激励与培训,提升工作绩效。
The financial crisis has seriously affected Chinese companies, human resources are the core resources for competition among enterprises, and the cost control of corporate human resources management is particularly important. The main measures to strengthen corporate human resources management include: clarifying the situation, building confidence, and stabilizing the overall situation; providing support for the timely adjustment of corporate strategy, reserve talents; optimizing the integration of business processes, reducing the cost of human resources management; strengthening employee motivation and training, and improving work performance .
