目的总结“5.12”大地震发生后绵阳市中心医院教学主管部门对实习学员的应急管理经验,建立重大灾害医学救援中实习学员的应急管理预案。方法“5.12”大地震发生时,在院共215名实习学员,医院教学主管部门对其应急管理包括了:清点人数、指定地点侯命、编组、投入医学救援行动、疏散等过程,并围绕医院应急预案及医学救援的需求,适时调整各组的人数及组成。结果在医院统一指挥调度下,参加抗震救援的215名学员管理有序、组织有力、响应迅速、无差错和责任事故发生。结论教学医院在建立重大灾害应急预案时,教学管理部门应合理调度、充分利用在院的实习生资源。
Objective To summarize the emergency management experience of internship trainees after the occurrence of “5.12 ” earthquake in Mianyang Central Hospital and establish emergency management plan for internship trainees in major disaster medical rescue. Methods During the “5.12” earthquake, a total of 215 trainees and hospital departments in charge of emergency management of the hospital included: counting the number of people, assigning places, setting up groups, putting medical rescue operations and evacuation procedures into practice, and Around the hospital emergency plan and medical rescue needs, timely adjustment of the number and composition of each group. Results Under the unified command and control of the hospital, 215 trainees participating in earthquake relief were well-managed, well-organized and responsive, with no errors and accidents. Conclusion Teaching hospital in the establishment of a major disaster emergency plan, the teaching management department should be a reasonable schedule, make full use of the hospital intern resources.
