培养学生自主学习的能力是大学英语教学的重要目标之一。元认知理论是培养学生思维,构建自主学习的一个重要教学理论,已经引起人们的广泛关注。本文重点分析了元认知理论和自主学习的内涵,旨在探讨如何运用元认知策略培养大学生英语自主学习能力。
Cultivating students’ ability to learn independently is one of the important goals of college English teaching. Metacognitive theory is an important teaching theory that fosters the thinking of students and constructs autonomous learning, which has aroused widespread concern. This paper focuses on the metacognitive theory and the meaning of autonomous learning, to explore how to use metacognitive strategies to cultivate college students’ ability of autonomous learning.
