责任心是镶嵌于社会文化背景中的个体心理现象,因而在东西方不同文化中有着不同的要求与表现。文章首先回顾了西方研究思路中,中外已有研究对责任心内涵和结构的探索,对人格、道德和认知领域责任心相关理论的责任三角模型、双侧面理论和三侧面模型做了回顾;其次考察了中国文化条件下责任心的独特表现,提出了在多元文化视角下中国人责任心理的二维度四分类理论框架,对责任心的理论作了更为宏观的整合。 Responsibility is embedded in the social and cultural background of the individual psychological phenomenon, and therefore in different cultures of East and West have different requirements and performance. First of all, the article reviews the western research ideas, the existing research in China and foreign countries on the connotation and structure of the responsibility to explore the personality, moral and cognitive areas of responsibility-related theory of responsibility triangle model, two-sided theory and three-sided model were reviewed ; Secondly, it examines the unique performance of the sense of responsibility under the condition of Chinese culture, puts forward the two-dimensional and four-class theoretical framework of Chinese sense of responsibility under the multicultural perspective, and makes a more macroscopic integration of the theory of responsibility.
