我公司从德国引进的LEFFER VRM1500/1000套管钻机,价值120万美元。由于工况恶劣造成提升液压缸活塞杆弯曲后,表面严重拉伤。测得活塞杆全长弯曲4.5mm,拉伤面积约900cm~2,拉伤深度为3mm。我们采用镶套法对拉伤的活塞杆进行修复,取得了较好的效果。
My company imported from Germany LEFFER VRM1500 / 1000 casing rig, worth 1.2 million US dollars. Due to poor working conditions to enhance hydraulic cylinder rod bending, the surface of a serious strain. The measured total length of the piston rod bending 4.5mm, the tensile area of about 900cm ~ 2, the depth of 3mm strain. We use the set method to repair the strain of the piston rod, and achieved good results.
