在理论计算的基础上 ,结合水轮机转轮实测与实践经验 ,确定了叶片出水边的切割量 ,使HL16 0 84水轮机增容 2 5 % ;对新旧型谱系列模型转轮性能分析结果表明 ,D0 6A转轮能量特性及空化特性都优于HL16 0转轮 ,经流道对比得出两种转轮互换性很强 ,用D0 6A转轮替代HL16 0转轮可增容 2 0 %。这两个结论在青海曲库水电站 1号机的增容改造中得到了验证
On the basis of theoretical calculation and combined with the actual measurement and practical experience of turbine runner, the cutting amount of blade edge is determined, and the HL16 084 turbine is 25% compatibilized. The performance analysis of the runner of old and new model series shows that D0 6A wheel energy characteristics and cavitation characteristics are better than the HL16 0 runner, the runway comparison obtained two interchangeable wheel strong, with D0 6A wheel alternative HL16 0 wheel capacity 20% compatibilization.
