在教育事业迅速发展的新形势下,加强民办教师的队伍建设是一项适应当代幼儿教育发展的重大任务。由于民办教师队伍力量薄弱,教师人员流动频繁,很多民办教师都没有正式编制;教师学历要求偏低,教师观念老旧,没有创新的教学理念;教师的工资待遇偏低,没有稳定的社会保障;教师培训活动较少;教师队伍不够壮大,师幼比过高。这些问题都会影响到农村幼儿教育健康发展,所以,应该从多个方面加强民办教师的建设,以促进农村幼儿教育的发展。
Under the new situation of rapid development of education, strengthening the ranks of non-governmental teachers is a major task to adapt to the development of contemporary early childhood education. Due to the weak force of private teachers and the frequent movement of teachers, many private teachers are not formally compiled. Teachers ’academic requirements are low, teachers are old and have no innovative teaching philosophy. Teachers’ salaries are low and there is no stable social security. Less teacher training activities; teachers are not strong enough, teachers and children are overly high. All these problems will affect the healthy development of preschool education in rural areas. Therefore, the construction of private teachers should be strengthened in many aspects to promote the development of preschool education in rural areas.
