在经典EPQ模型基础上,考虑周期性不完全预防性维修策略下,以单位产品总成本最小化为目标,构建最优经济生产批量的决策模型.在产品生产总成本模型的构建中,结合设备故障率及次品率随时间增加这一实际问题,引入役龄回退因子和等效役龄概念进行动态预防性维修成本、故障维修成本及次品修复成本的构建.考虑目标函数的复杂性,本文采用粒子群算法对模型进行数值求解,并验证其合理性.
Based on the classical EPQ model and considering the periodic incomplete preventive maintenance strategy, aiming at minimizing the total cost per unit product, a decision-making model of optimal economic production batch is constructed. In the construction of total product cost model, Failure rate and defective rate increase with time, this paper introduces the concept of service life back-off factor and equivalent service life to construct dynamic preventive maintenance cost, fault repair cost and defective repair cost. Considering the complexity of objective function In this paper, the particle swarm optimization algorithm is used to solve the model numerically and verify its rationality.
