本文研究三种不同水平姜黄素对奥尼罗非鱼抗氧化能力的影响。对照组投喂基础日粮,试验组投喂在基础日粮的基础上分别添加200、500和800 mg/kg姜黄素的日粮。分别采集背肌、肝脏、肠道、肠系膜和血清样品。测定分析谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性。研究结果表明:添加适量的姜黄素,提高了罗非鱼肌肉、肝脏和血清的GSH-Px和SOD的活性。
In this paper, the effects of three different levels of curcumin on the antioxidant capacity of O. niloticus were studied. The control group was fed the basal diet, and the experimental group fed diets supplemented with 200, 500 and 800 mg / kg of curcumin, respectively, on the basis of the basal diet. Back muscle, liver, intestine, mesentery and serum samples were collected. Determination and analysis of glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity. The results showed that adding proper amount of curcumin increased GSH-Px and SOD activity in muscle, liver and serum of tilapia.
