从两例烧瓦故障看汽车密封衬垫的选材和使用

故障一:某厂一台黄河JN162型载货汽车,大修后行驶不到3000千米即发生了烧瓦故障。据查,修理工在调试该车发动机(X6130型柴油机)所配用的P型喷油泵时,发现原柱塞套与泵体座孔间的两道“O”形密封圈老化破损,随手用一块橡皮板制作了密封圈装复使用。由于所用的橡皮板是普通橡皮,在油的腐蚀作用下很快失效,造成油泵低压油室内的柴油渗漏到凸轮轴室。因为P型泵采用的是强制润滑方式,凸轮轴室与油底壳相通,渗漏的柴油冲淡了润滑油, Fault one: a factory a Yellow River JN162 truck, driving less than 3000 km after the repair that occurred in the tile failure.
