电力系统中的可快速调节的机组容量是维持系统频率稳定的重要手段,但该部分容量又十分有限。针对发电机组AGC调节性能的差异和日负荷曲线在各时段的特点,提出将AGC机组分群分时段控制的控制策略,即在负荷紧急时段充分利用系统所有机组的调节能力跟踪负荷变化,在负荷平稳时段利用慢机组置换快机组的功率,使系统保持一定的可快速调节能力,同时减少机组出力对系统调整需求无益的反向调节。算例结果验证了该控制策略的有效性。
The fast regulating capacity of the power system is an important means to maintain the stable frequency of the system, but the capacity of this part is very limited. Aiming at the difference of adjusting performance of AGC and the characteristics of daily load curve in each time period, a control strategy of controlling AGC units in time-division control is put forward. That is, the control strategy of all units in the system is fully utilized to track the load change during emergency load, Period of use of slow unit replacement fast unit power, the system to maintain a certain ability to quickly adjust, while reducing the power unit on the system adjustment needs helpless reverse regulation. The result of the example verifies the effectiveness of this control strategy.
