我国传统人事管理是在计划经济体制下产生的,然而,在市场经济日益发展的今天,传统人事管理思维依然根植于人们的头脑中,传统人事管理方法依然被沿用。传统人事管理是特定历史条件下的产物,而在信息技术日益发达、人的作用日益突出的时代,照搬照抄传统人事管理制度不会对人起到激励作用,也无益于组织效率的提高。因此,实现传统人事管理向现代人事管理的转变是当务之急。本文分析了传统人事管理存在的问题,并针对这些问题指出了传统人事管理向现代人事管理转变的路径。
However, as the market economy develops day by day, traditional personnel management thinking is still rooted in people’s minds, and the traditional personnel management methods are still used. Traditional personnel management is the product of a specific historical condition. In an age when information technology is increasingly developed and people are becoming increasingly prominent, the copying of the traditional personnel management system will not inspire people and improve organizational efficiency. Therefore, the transformation from traditional personnel management to modern personnel management is a top priority. This article analyzes the problems existing in traditional personnel management and points out the path from traditional personnel management to modern personnel management.
