为了探究深厚流砂层煤矿斜井旋喷注浆支护技术,在陕北某矿区开展现场35 m厚流砂层旋喷注浆围井试验,并通过质量检验评价围井结构体系的可靠性。围井的质量检验主要包括内外排桩体搭接处钻芯取样的28 d抗压强度试验和钻孔压水试验。试验结果表明,旋喷围井结构体在35 m厚流砂层中桩体完整,内外排搭接良好,桩径可以得到保证,且钻孔压水试验所得的渗透系数为10-6cm/s;但由于封底桩施做时,内排桩已基本凝固成型,致使封底桩与内排桩搭接较差,出现渗漏。
In order to explore the technology of rotary jet grouting support in deep silt mine inclined shaft, a 35 m thick jet grouting well test was carried out in a mining area in north Shaanxi and the reliability of the well structure system was evaluated by quality inspection. The quality inspection of the enclosed well mainly includes the 28 d compressive strength test and the drilling water pressure test for the core sampling of the overlapped inner and outer rows of piles. The test results show that the structure of the rotary jet grouting well body is complete in the 35 m thick sands and the overlap of the inner and outer rows is good and the pile diameter can be guaranteed. The permeability coefficient of the borehole pressurized water test is 10-6cm / s. However, due to the closure of the post-pile, the inner row of piles has been the basic solidification molding, resulting in the closure of the pile and the inner row pile lagging poor, there leakage.
