Professor Howard Gardner, a professor of psychology at Harvard University in the United States, founded the theory of multiple intelligences in 1983 [1], arguing that human intelligence is pluralistic rather than simple, and that each individual has a different combination of intelligent strengths. Over the past three decades since the birth of this theory, it has also had a widespread and profound positive impact on the educational and teaching reforms in the United States at that time, and has led to far-reaching “revolutionary” changes in education in the world [2]. Many scholars Proposed “Multiple Intelligences Theory ” will be one of the mainstream educational thoughts in the 21st century [3]. There are a lot of domestic researches on the theory of multiple intelligences, but few studies have applied the theory to the practice of physical education. There is no successful case of multi-intelligence theory guiding college aerobics teaching practice. The purpose of this study is to use the theory of multiple intelligences to guide the teaching of aerobics, to stimulate the development of students’ relevant intelligence, to enhance students’ interest in aerobics teaching and to explore the potential of students, so as to improve aerobics teaching effectiveness and enhance students’ Provide new ideas for college PE reform.
