为研究冷却速度对Si-Cr型55SiCr弹簧钢组织和性能的影响,通过热力学分析计算,研究了冷奥氏体连续冷却转变规律。结果表明:在680℃冷却速度不高于1℃/s时进行等温控制相变,可得到具有均匀索氏体组织和良好的预期性能的Si-Cr型55SiCr弹簧钢。
In order to study the effect of cooling rate on the microstructure and properties of Si-Cr 55SiCr spring steel, the rule of continuous cooling transformation of cold austenite was studied by thermodynamic analysis and calculation. The results show that Si-Cr 55SiCr spring steel with uniform sorbite structure and good expected properties can be obtained by isothermal controlled transformation at 680 ℃ cooling rate of 1 ℃ / s.
