PHM体系要求航空器维修决策策略从由事后维修或定时维修转变为视情维修。实际应用中,维修决策系统需要依赖于众多相关的故障信息,需要PHM体系完成对机载信息的监控、存储、传送以及故障的预测与诊断。PHM体系不是为了直接消除故障,而是为了了解和预计故障何时将发生,或在出现未料到的故障时,维修决策系统将快速确定触发维修工作。
The PHM system requires that the decision-making strategy for aircraft maintenance be changed from after-hours maintenance or scheduled maintenance to condition-based maintenance. In practice, the maintenance decision-making system needs to depend on many relevant fault information, and needs the PHM system to complete the monitoring, storage, transmission and fault prediction and diagnosis of airborne information. The PHM system is not intended to eliminate faults directly, but rather to understand and predict when faults will occur or, in the case of unforeseen faults, the maintenance decision-making system will quickly determine the triggering of maintenance work.
