本文对弧形连铸机常用的四连杆传动的结晶器振动机构优化设计的数学模型进行了分析,并运用刚体导引机构综合的思想建立了优化计算数学模型。此模型适用于外弧、内弧四连杆机构,并在 TQ-16机上进行了计算,获得了比较满意的结果。
In this paper, the mathematical model of optimization design of the vibration mechanism of the mold for the four-bar drive of arc continuous caster is analyzed, and the mathematical model of optimization calculation is established by using the rigid body guide mechanism. This model is suitable for the outer arc and inner arc four-bar linkage, and is calculated on the TQ-16. Satisfactory results are obtained.
