大螺旋角内螺纹铜管滚珠旋压成形模具设计是一个复杂过程,目前还没有系统精确的计算方法。介绍了一种逆推法:根据螺纹管规格,从定径模开始,从后往前依次推算出钢球、滚压环、螺纹芯头、减径模、管坯等参数值,采用该方法建立成形工艺设计平台,进行大螺旋角内螺纹铜管的成形模具智能化设计。采用面向对象的程序设计方法,对Φ7 mm×0.24 mm×0.15 mm规格的大螺旋角内螺纹铜管成形工艺进行设计,获得了成形模具及成形工艺参数。将获得的参数应用于实际生产,得到的成品内螺纹铜管件的齿形参数良好,没有齿形缺陷,符合产品技术要求。
Large helix angle thread brass ball spinning mold design is a complex process, there is no systematic and accurate method of calculation. A kind of backstepping method is introduced: according to the specifications of the threaded pipe, starting from the sizing mode, parameters such as the ball, the rolling ring, the thread core, the reducing mold and the tube blank are deduced from the back to the front. The establishment of forming process design platform for large spiral angle internal thread brass mold design intelligent. An object oriented programming method was used to design the forming process of large helix angle internal thread brass with the dimension of 7 mm × 0.24 mm × 0.15 mm. The forming mold and forming parameters were obtained. The obtained parameters are applied to the actual production. The profile parameters of the finished inner-threaded copper pipe fittings are good without tooth-shaped defects and meet the technical requirements of the products.
