本文利用多目标优化算法NSGA-Ⅱ获得谈判双方的Pareto出价组合,通过经典的基于时间的固定谈判策略沿Pareto边界对出价进行修正,构建出一个能使谈判双方以较高效率实现双赢的多属性谈判模型,最后通过算例对该模型进行了应用。该模型与传统的优化算法相比更能满足电子商务的应用需求,智能优化算法的应用使得谈判速度更快,效率更高,尤其适用于突发情况下的应急谈判。
In this paper, we use the multi-objective optimization algorithm NSGA-Ⅱ to obtain the Pareto bidding combinations of both parties, amend the bids along the Pareto boundary through the classic fixed-time-based negotiation strategy, and construct a multi-attribute that enables the two parties to achieve win-win with higher efficiency At last, the model is applied to the negotiation model. Compared with the traditional optimization algorithm, this model can meet the application requirements of e-commerce. The application of intelligent optimization algorithm makes the negotiation faster and more efficient, especially for emergencies negotiation.
