目的 观察微波凝固术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的临床效果。方法 对1997～1999年间15 7例慢性肥厚性鼻炎采用黏膜表面和黏膜下微波凝固术治疗的资料进行分析。结果 治疗后1个月、1年和3年的有效率分别为94 .2 7%、89. 17%和80 . 2 5 %。结论 应用微波凝固术治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎方便、易行,近、远期效果均良好,且不良反应较少。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of microwave coagulation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis. Methods The data of 15 7 cases of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis treated with mucosal surface and submucosal microwave coagulation during 1997 ~ 1999 were analyzed. Results The effective rates at 1 month, 1 year and 3 years after treatment were 94.27%, 89.17% and 80.25% respectively. Conclusion The application of microwave coagulation in the treatment of chronic hypertrophic rhinitis is convenient, easy, near and long-term results are good, and fewer adverse reactions.
