利用放射免疫分析法(RIA)对武汉市102例汉族体检健康者血清骨钙素(BGP)水平进行了检测。检测范围2～16μg/l.结果为4.97±14-1.42μg/l,首次建立了武汉市汉族正常人血清骨钙素水平的正常参考值,为骨病、骨代谢研究提供了一项新的量化指标依据。
Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to detect serum osteocalcin (BGP) levels in 102 Han healthy subjects in Wuhan. The detection range was 2 ~ 16μg / l and the result was 4.97 ± 14-1.42μg / l. The normal reference value of serum osteocalcin level in Han normal people in Wuhan was established for the first time, which provided a new method for the study of bone disease and bone metabolism Quantitative basis.
