目的研究伊木萨克片对异常黏型阳痿病证大鼠阴茎组织形态学的影响,探寻其对阴茎勃起功能障碍治疗作用的形态学基础。方法取70只性功能正常雄性SD大鼠,其中10只为正常对照组,余60只为造模组,采用芫荽实+菠菜实+湿寒性环境的干预条件建立异常黏液质证候模型,22周后通过APO勃起实验,从证候模型中筛出阳痿病证模型,并将其分为病证模型组、药物干预组,未成阳痿的大鼠则分为证候模型对照组(简称证候模型组)。药物干预3周后,对阴茎组织进行形态学观察。结果(1)HE染色显示,正常对照组结构清楚完好。证候模型组大鼠阴茎组织有一定水肿的表现,同时伴有间质纤维化样的改变。病证模型组阴茎组织中、重度水肿,间质纤维化明显。病证药物干预组阴茎组织有一定程度的恢复。(2)VG染色结果显示,证候模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于正常对照组(P<0.05)。病证模型组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维低于证候模型组(P>0.05)。病证药物干预组大鼠阴茎组织平滑肌/胶原纤维高于病证模型组(P<0.05)。(3)Masson染色结果与VG染色结果相一致。结论异常黏液质型阳痿病证大鼠阴茎组织形态学可发生明显改变,维药伊木萨克片有促进其修复的作用。
Objective To study the effect of Yimusake tablets on penile histomorphology in rats with abnormal viscous impotence syndrome and to explore the morphological basis of its therapeutic effect on penile erectile dysfunction. Methods Totally 70 male SD rats with sexual function were selected, of which 10 were normal control group and the other 60 were model control group. The abnormal mucinous syndrome model was established by the intervention of coriander fruit + spinach + Week after APO erection experiment, from the syndrome model screening out impotence disease syndrome model, and divided into disease syndrome model group, drug intervention group, not impotence rats were divided into syndrome model control group (referred to as syndromes Model group). After 3 weeks of drug intervention, the morphology of the penis was observed. Results (1) HE staining showed that the structure of normal control group was clear and intact. Syndrome model rats penile tissue edema, accompanied by changes in interstitial fibrosis. Syndromes of model group penile tissue, severe edema, interstitial fibrosis significantly. Syndromes of drug intervention group penis tissue recovery to some extent. (2) VG staining showed that the penile smooth muscle / collagen fibers in the model group were lower than those in the normal control group (P <0.05). Syndrome model group rats penile tissue smooth muscle / collagen fibers less than the syndrome model group (P> 0.05). Compared with the model group, the smooth muscle / collagen fibers of the penile tissue in the drug-intervention group were higher than those in the model group (P <0.05). (3) Masson staining results consistent with VG staining results. Conclusions Morphological changes of penile tissue in rats with abnormal mucinous impotence syndrome can be obviously changed. The drug Yiqimusake can promote its repair.
