随着我国经济迅速发展,市场经济体制改革不断深入,企业与企业之间的竞争不断加剧,人才作为重要的竞争点,这就对于企业在用工管理上提出了更高的要求。企业在生产经营活动中如何做到合理用工是国内企业必须面对的重要课题。本文分析当今社会企业用工管理的现状以及在用工过程中存在的问题,并针对问题提出相应的解决对策,希望可以为我国的企业在用工管理上提供一定的参考意义。
With the rapid economic development in our country, the deepening reform of the market economy system, the ever-increasing competition between enterprises and enterprises, and the talent as an important competitive point have set higher demands on the employment management of enterprises. How to make reasonable employment in production and business activities is an important issue that domestic enterprises must face. This article analyzes the current situation of employment management in social enterprises and the existing problems in the employment process, and puts forward corresponding solutions to the problems, hoping to provide some reference significance for the employment management in our country.
