为了提高传统补偿方法的精度和适应性,在一台商品化立式加工中心上开发开放式结构数控系统,提出了轮回式双向螺距误差补偿方法,有效地将直线轴、回转轴的误差补偿问题统一起来。分别应用传统螺距误差补偿方法和该文提出的补偿方法对机床进行了补偿,并对补偿结果进行了比较。应用本方法补偿后,X轴定位精度从43μm提高到6μm,反向间隙从28μm减小到2μm,补偿前后加工试件的圆度误差从83μm降低到7μm。结果表明,这种方法比传统方法更准确更快捷,使补偿系统更具适应性。
In order to improve the accuracy and adaptability of the traditional compensation methods, an open CNC system was developed in a commercial vertical machining center. A method of recirculating two-way pitch error compensation was proposed to effectively compensate the error of linear axes and rotary axes Unify. The traditional pitch error compensation method and the compensation method proposed in this paper are used respectively to compensate the machine tool, and the compensation results are compared. After the compensation by this method, the X-axis positioning accuracy is increased from 43μm to 6μm, the backlash is reduced from 28μm to 2μm, and the roundness error of the machined specimen before and after compensation is reduced from 83μm to 7μm. The results show that this method is more accurate and faster than the traditional method, making the compensation system more adaptive.
