双玻皿滤纸炭末钩蚴培养法

钩虫蚴虫培养方法诸多。笔者采用双玻皿滤纸炭末培养法,培养活体钩蚴,应用于实验数学及标本制作中,获得了较为满意的效果。现将该方法报道如下。一、虫卵收集取钩虫阳性粪便,用沉淀法集卵。二、材料准备 1.炭末:取木炭一小块,用研钵研碎之,以60~80目/时筛,筛取炭末,装瓶置于140℃,二小时干燥消毒。2.玻皿:以直径15cm玻皿一只作为“底皿”。直径12cm玻皿一只作为“上皿”。上皿底朝上,其上复盖二层直径20cm的普通滤纸,滤纸边缘部分包裹玻皿周边并向其壁反折。为使滤纸反折部 Hookworm Cercariae worm culture many ways.
