21世纪终将在人类历史上画下浓墨重彩的一笔,因为这是一个日新月异的时代,这是一个与众不同的时代,在这短短几十年里,人类的生产力水平达到了史无前例的境地,生产方式也是前任望尘莫及的。然而这又是一个将“优胜劣汰”自然法则深入人心的时代,科技产品的更新换代,思想意识的不断更替,社会环境的频繁演化,时刻在提醒人们不进则退。因此,人才在这个时代成为了不可不谈的热门话题,企业要想在市场竞争中取得优势避免走向灭亡,就不得不倾其所能地去挖掘人才。而在当前全球化、信息化的时期,对于企业员工的管理也成为了一个尤其关键的问题,招到人很重要,留住人更重要。本文旨在找出当前我国部分企业在人力资源管理上存在的问题,并提出一些关于如何进行高效管理的建议和方法。
The 21st century will culminate in the history of mankind because it is an era of rapid change. It is an extraordinary era in which the productive forces of mankind have reached an unprecedented level in these few decades , The mode of production is unmatched by his predecessor. However, this is another era in which the natural law of “survival of the fittest” is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people. The upgrading of science and technology products, the constant replacement of ideology and the frequent evolution of social environment remind people not to go ahead and back. Therefore, talent has become a hot topic that must be talked about in this era. Enterprises that want to gain the advantage in the market competition and prevent them from going to perish will have to do their best to tap the talents. In the current era of globalization and informatization, the management of employees has also become a particularly crucial issue. It is important to recruit people and retain people more importantly. The purpose of this paper is to find out the problems existing in some human resources management of some enterprises in our country and to put forward some suggestions and methods on how to manage them efficiently.
