近日,从河北省建筑科学研究院了解到,该院2号、3号住宅楼被动式低能耗节能改造项目正在紧张施工,这是全国首例既有建筑被动式低能耗节能改造项目,计划7月初完成。据悉,这项工程采用被动式低能耗技术体系,改造后建筑更加节能。据测算,改造结束后,每年运行节约101.1吨标准煤,可减少252.1吨二氧化碳排放、859千克二氧化硫排放、748千克氮氧化物排放。
