许多脑血管疾病都伴有颅内压升高的现象,颅内高压又会引发脑疝危及生命,本文在对颅内血管床整体分析的基础上,通过建立脑循环血液动力学集中参数模型的方法来研究颅内压与颅内血管参数的关系,在此模型的基础上得到了状态方程并给出了求解方法。通过对方程解的分析得到一些关系图,与实验数据比较发现理论计算结果可以反映临床的一些现象,为临床元创监测颅内压提供一个新思路。
