本文从航空技术的发展与航空材料的关系,概述了当前航空结构材料发展中的一些特点,即集约化,复合化,定量化,高纯化和一体化。认为:新技术、新工艺的应用是发展航空材料的主要途径:复合材料和复合结构的应用将日益增多;随着对材料微观织构和性能了解的深化,材料研制将趋向定量化:材料将向高纯度、高均匀性方向发展;一体化是航空材料发展的重要特征。针对上述特点,提出了若干对策建议。
This paper summarizes some characteristics of the current aviation structural materials development from the relationship between the development of aeronautical technology and aeronautical materials, namely intensification, compounding, quantification, high purification and integration. It is believed that the application of new technology and new technology is the main way to develop aviation materials: the application of composite materials and composite structures will increase day by day. With the deepening understanding of the microstructure and properties of materials, the development of materials will tend to be quantified: To high purity, high uniformity direction; integration is an important feature of the development of aviation materials. In view of the above characteristics, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
