近年来,心理健康教育已引起教育界的普遍重视。作为培养高等人才半壁江山的高职教育,加强学生的心理健康教育刻不容缓。本文通过对五年制学生的心理特点及其原因分析,阐述体育活动对学生心理健康的促进作用,提出加强大学生心理健康教育的可行性建议,为全面实施“健康第一”的体育教育提供理论依据。
In recent years, mental health education has drawn universal attention from the education community.
