智能电网已经成为现代电网必然的发展趋势,智能电网的大力发展带动了智能电网产业的兴起与发展,抢占智能电网产业发展先机,成为区域规划建设的重要选择之一。科学地反映区域发展智能电网产业的各方面条件以及产业发展对区域的影响,对指导区域智能电网产业规划,鼓励区域投资发展智能电网产业具有积极意义。本文从技术性能、产业配套、市场环境、政策环境、社会影响等五个方面建立了智能电网产业成熟度标准综合评价指标体系,提出了适应智能电网产业成熟度评估的算法,建立了智能电网产业成熟度评估模型,为区域规划智能电网产业提供参考意见。
Smart grid has become an inevitable development trend of modern power grids. The vigorous development of smart grids has led to the rise and development of smart grid industries, and it has seized the opportunity of smart grid industry development, becoming one of the important options for regional planning and construction. It scientifically reflects the various conditions of the development of the smart grid industry in the region and the impact of industrial development on the region. It is of positive significance in guiding regional smart grid industry planning and encouraging regional investment in the development of the smart grid industry. This paper establishes a comprehensive evaluation index system for smart grid industry maturity standards from five aspects including technical performance, industrial support, market environment, policy environment, and social impact, and proposes an algorithm that can adapt to the assessment of smart grid industry maturity, and establishes a smart grid industry. The maturity assessment model provides a reference for the regional planning smart grid industry.
