建立了基于增益开关半导体激光器的非接触电光采样系统。利用电光晶体的Pockels效应.以LiTaO3晶体制做成微小的电场传感器,对梳状波信号进行了测试。实验结果与取样示波器测得结果相符。系统的时间分辨率为25ps.最小可测电压为20mV。
A non-contact electro-optic sampling system based on gain switching semiconductor laser was established. Pockels effect using electro-optic crystal. LiTaO3 crystal system made of tiny electric field sensors, the comb wave signal was tested. The experimental results are in good agreement with those of the sampling oscilloscope. The system’s time resolution is 25ps. The minimum measurable voltage is 20mV.
