自改革开放以来,酒店行业发展迅速,成为推动我国经济发展的重要力量之一。同时,酒店人才管理方面的问题也慢慢凸显,严重阻碍了酒店业的健康发展。本文以铜仁市酒店为研究对象,通过查阅相关文献资料和实际现状进行分析,试图找到一些有效的管理方法,留住人才,促使员工与酒店企业一起成长,使酒店企业拥有源源不断的发展动力。
Since the reform and opening up, the hotel industry has developed rapidly and has become one of the major forces driving China’s economic development. At the same time, the problem of talent management of the hotel has also been slowly highlighted, seriously hindered the healthy development of the hotel industry. This article takes Tongren Hotel as the research object and tries to find some effective management methods to keep talents and promote the growth of employees and hotel companies through consulting the relevant literature and actual status quo so that hotel companies have a continuous momentum of development.
