中国水泥混凝土路面早期破坏比较严重,而脱空是造成这一现象的主要原因。当出现脱空后水泥板体产生的荷载应力会迅速变大,为了研究脱空对路面荷载应力的影响,利用光纤光栅技术在(湘)潭-邵(阳)高速公路水泥路面上进行试验,并使用有限元进行模拟分析。通过试验及分析得出:荷载与脱空尺寸对水泥混凝土路面脱空区内的动水压力影响很大,水泥混凝土路面板体产生的荷载应力与施加的荷载和脱空尺寸成线性关系,随着车辆荷载和脱空尺寸的增加,水泥板内的荷载应力线性增大。同时根据有限元模拟得到了考虑荷载和脱空尺寸条件下的潭邵高速公路水泥混凝土路面的荷载应力计算公式。

Through the test and analysis, it is concluded that the load and void size have a great influence on the hydrodynamic pressure in the empty area of cement concrete pavement. The load stress generated by the cement concrete pavement plate has a linear relationship with the applied load and the void size. With the increase of vehicle load and void size, the load stress in cement board increases linearly. At the same time, the calculation formula of load stress on the cement concrete pavement of Tan-Shao Expressway under load and void size is obtained according to the finite element simulation.
