测定了不同负载量的醋酸锌/活性炭催化剂表面积、孔结构和催化活性。试验表明,大部分醋酸锌沉积于微孔中,醋酸锌在活性炭上载量存在极限值。载量低于极限值时,醋酸锌在微孔中呈单层铺展,催化剂活性随醋酸锌载量增加而线性上升;超过极限载量后活性基本趋于定值。热分析测试表明,醋酸锌与活性炭表面之间有较强的相互作用。
The surface area, pore structure and catalytic activity of zinc acetate / activated carbon catalysts with different loadings were determined. Tests showed that most of the zinc acetate deposited in the pores, zinc acetate on the activated carbon loading limit. When the loading is lower than the limit value, the zinc acetate spreads in the monolayer in the micropore, the catalytic activity increases linearly with the increase of zinc acetate loading, and the activity tends to be fixed after exceeding the limit loading. Thermal analysis tests show that there is a strong interaction between zinc acetate and activated carbon surface.
