目的了解全自动温控系统在基层预防接种单位疫苗冷链中的开发与应用现状,为进一步推广自动化温控系统在全区的使用提供科学依据。方法随机抽取9个社区卫生服务机构安装全自动化温控系统,实行24 h实时自动记录温度,对3个试点单位温控系统测温准确性、预警原因及效益进行分析。结果全自动温控系统温度的真实性、精确性优于人工监测温度(P<0.05)。系统运行期间,收到2 500条超温报警信息,其中频频开启冰箱和除霜是报警主要的原因。结论全自动温控系统优于温度计监测冷链温度,自动化温控系统值得推广。海珠区在基层预防接种单位建立一个自动化冷链温度实时监测、记录、预警系统是非常必要的。
Objective To understand the status of development and application of automatic temperature control system in primary cold vaccination unit vaccines and provide scientific basis for further popularizing the automatic temperature control system in the whole region. Methods Nine community health service agencies were randomly selected to install a fully automatic temperature control system and a real-time automatic recording temperature of 24 h was adopted. The accuracy of temperature measurement, warning reason and benefit of the three pilot units were analyzed. Results The accuracy and accuracy of automatic temperature control system was better than that of manual monitoring (P <0.05). During the operation of the system, it received 2,500 over-temperature alarm messages, frequently opening the refrigerator and defrosting were the main reasons for the alarm. Conclusion The automatic temperature control system is better than the thermometer to monitor the temperature of the cold chain. The automatic temperature control system deserves promotion. Haizhu District in the primary vaccination unit to establish a real-time automatic monitoring and control system of cold chain temperature, recording, early warning system is very necessary.
