随着人民物质和精神的不断提升,人民对身体健康保障工作的重视性也随之提高。近年来,社区医院作为以社区为活动范围的基层医疗机构,开始在满足居民就医需求的工作中发挥重要作用。目前社区医院的人力资源管理存在着部分障碍因素,影响了社区医院的发展,可通过扩大人才接收、创新人力管理机制及完善考核制度等策略提升人力资源水平,从而推动社区医疗事业不断前进。
As the people’s material and spiritual capabilities continue to improve, people’s emphasis on the protection of their health also increases. In recent years, community hospitals have played an important role in meeting the needs of residents for medical treatment as a grassroots-level medical institution that takes communities as a sphere of activities. At present, there are some obstacles in human resources management in community hospitals, affecting the development of community hospitals. The human resources can be upgraded through such measures as expanding human resources reception, innovating human resources management mechanisms and improving the assessment system so as to promote the continuous advancement of community health care.
