目的探讨傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)直接测定中药配方粉末中苯甲酸含量的可行性。方法采用FTIR外标定量法和示差法分析小儿镇咳化痰中成药中苯甲酸的含量。结果样品无需预处理,苯甲酸的含量与其红外吸收峰强度在实验浓度范围内皆有良好的线性关系,回收率为99%~100.4%,相对标准偏差为0.04%。结论该方法简单、快速,测定结果均令人满意。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of direct determination of benzoic acid in powders of traditional Chinese medicine by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Methods The content of benzoic acid in the Chinese patent medicine for antitussive and phlegm in children was analyzed by FTIR external standard method and differential method. Results The sample did not need pretreatment. The content of benzoic acid and its infrared absorption peak intensity had a good linear relationship within the experimental concentration range. The recovery rate was 99% to 100.4% and the relative standard deviation was 0.04%. Conclusion The method is simple and rapid, and the results are satisfactory.
