DNA分子计算机是一种生物化学计算机,具有高度并行性、大容量、低能耗的特点。目前关于DNA分子计算机的研究主要是抽象的计算模型和原理性的试验。介绍了DNA分子的组成、置换DNA分子链中部分碱基序列的生物置换操作方法和DNA图灵机的结构,提出了DNA逻辑运算器,并应用活性DNA分子完成逻辑运算。
DNA molecular computer is a biochemical computer, with a high degree of parallelism, high-capacity, low-power characteristics. At present, the research on DNA molecule computer is mainly abstract calculation model and principle experiment. The composition of DNA molecule, the method of biological substitution for replacing part of the base sequence in DNA molecular chain, and the structure of DNA Turing machine are introduced. The DNA logical operator is presented and the logical operation of active DNA molecule is completed.
