房地产业附加值高且具有较高的产业关联和扩散效应,能够从各方面带动经济的增长,已成为我国多个地区经济发展的支柱产业。然而02年以来房地产过快过热的投资,加以房地产商品和房地产行业特殊性,我国已经形成房地产业泡沫。房地产业泡沫的形成、发展和膨胀、破灭给经济带来的影响和破坏如此巨大已被多国多地区经济事实所验证。于是分析我国房地产业泡沫的经济影响及防范,是房地产业和我国宏观经济稳定发展的一项重要内容。
The real estate industry has high added value and high industrial connection and proliferation effect, which can bring economic growth from all aspects and has become the pillar industry of economic development in many areas of our country.
