为了解决高地应力淋水巷道喷射混凝土易开裂、回弹率高的问题,开展了掺加纤维、速凝剂的湿喷混凝土性能试验。结果表明:15 mm纤维改善了混凝土抗变形能力;速凝剂和互补纤维掺入导致回弹率高的缺陷,水泥掺量的增加利于增加混凝土的黏结强度、降低回弹。通过优化试验,有效改善了高地应力淋水巷道喷浆层开裂、回弹率高的问题。
In order to solve the problem of easy cracking and high rebound rate of sprayed concrete in high stress underground roadway, the performance test of wet shotcrete mixed with fiber and quick setting admixture was carried out. The results show that the 15 mm fiber improves the anti-deformation ability of concrete. The incorporation of quick-setting admixture and complementary fiber leads to the high rebound rate. The increase of cement content will increase the bond strength of concrete and reduce the rebound. Through the optimization test, the problem of cracking and high rebound rate of shotcrete layer in high ground stress water pouring roadway is effectively improved.
