目的对不合理处方进行调查分析,针对其原因,提出合理的解决对策,进而提升处方质量,改善合理用药。方法选取2013年8月至2014年8月佛山市第一人民医院禅城医院点评处方4880张,对不合理处方进行分类统计和评价分析。结果经分类统计后,4880张处方中,不合理处方共218张,占抽查处方总数的4.5%,其中不规范处方142张,用药不适宜处方73张,超常处方3张。造成不合理处方的主要原因为不规范处方、用药不宜处方及超常处方。结论用药过程中,医护人员及药师应提高自身的业务知识技能、审核处方及合理用药能力,进而改善合理用药水平。
Objective To investigate and analyze unreasonable prescriptions and put forward reasonable solutions according to their causes so as to improve the quality of prescriptions and improve the rational use of medicines. Methods A total of 4880 prescriptions were reviewed from August 2013 to August 2014 in Chancheng Hospital of Foshan No.1 People’s Hospital to classify and evaluate unreasonable prescriptions. Results According to classification statistics, among 4880 prescriptions, there were 218 unreasonable prescriptions, accounting for 4.5% of the total number of randomized prescriptions, among which 142 were non-standard prescriptions, 73 were not suitable for prescriptions, and 3 were over-prescribed. The main reason for unreasonable prescriptions is non-standard prescriptions, medication should not prescription and supernormal prescription. Conclusion During the course of medication, medical staff and pharmacists should improve their business knowledge and skills, audit prescriptions and rational use of drugs, thereby improving the rational use of drugs.
